Analysis



In the analysis of an organization, IM identifies the main opportunities for improving the client organization. Uses methods of observation, surveys and historical analysis.

These reviews tend to be short but effective in producing a right diagnosis.

As a result of the IM analysis can submit a proposal to work together if it is advantageous for the customer and be able to address the proposed changes.

Project

In Project, the information collected is cleared in more detail and then redefine in conjunction with the client's staff structure and modes of operation most appropriate.

An IM team resides on the client, continuously cooperating in all levels in order to "make it happen."

Follow-up

After the project, a follow-up may be agreed to ensure the perpetuity of the benefits.
